| Description du revers | The royal coat of arms of Tonga occupies the central field, featuring a quartered shield with a cross and star motifs, a dove, and crossed weapons, supported on either side by two elephants rampant. Two crossed Tongan national flags flank a royal crown surmounted by olive branches above the shield. A scroll at the base bears the Tongan motto KO E `OTU FONUA `O TONGA KO HOKU `EIKI and MO TONGA KO HOKU. The legend HALF HAU arcs across the upper field and TONGA appears in large letters at the base, with a beaded border running along the full circumference. |
