The lion stands within a beaded inner circle, its curling double tail and elaborate mane rendered in pronounced relief. The surrounding circular legend in uncial Gothic Latin lettering reads DEI GRATIA REX BOEMIE, distributed evenly around the outer field between the beaded ring and the coin's edge. Small pellet stops punctuate the legend at intervals. |
