| Obverse description | Central field dominated by a quartered heraldic shield displaying the arms of Hungary — three horizontal bars on the dexter side — and three fleurs-de-lis arranged in a triangular pattern on the sinister side. The shield is flanked on the left and right by single fleurs-de-lis in the field, with an additional fleur-de-lis positioned above the shield's chief. The composition is rendered in a bold, simplified hammered style characteristic of late medieval Moldavian coinage. No legend or inscription is present on this side. |

A small heraldic tail or floral element is visible at the base of the neck. The design elements are rendered in a crude but vigorous hammered technique consistent with early fifteenth-century Moldavian mint production. No encircling legend is present. |
