| Beschrijving keerzijde | A small patted cross occupies the central field, with a crown appearing in the fourth quarter. The design is enclosed within a double beaded circle, between which two concentric legends are distributed: an exterior legend naming the mint of Luxembourg and an interior legend invoking the sign of the cross. The overall arrangement is characteristic of high medieval Luxembourgish coinage, with the double legend format lending a formal ecclesiastical quality to the reverse composition. |
