| Opis rewersu | A long voided cross fourchée divides the field into four quadrants, each containing a trefoil of pellets — a hallmark of the Annulet-trefoil issue. Two concentric beaded circles enclose the central design, with the mint legend occupying the outer annulus in uncial Latin script. The treatment of the cross terminals and the pellet groupings is characteristic of the Calais mint production of this period. The overall design follows the standard reverse type established for Henrician half groats. |
