| Opis rewersu | A long cross pattee extends to the inner circle, dividing the field into four quarters and intersecting a double-line legend ring, a design typical of late medieval Low Countries billon coinage. At the centre of the cross is a quartered shield bearing the arms of Burgundy and Brabant. The cross arms terminate at the inner beaded border, with the abbreviated ducal mint legend distributed across the four quadrants formed by the cross. The coin is struck on an irregular flan with some flatness at the periphery consistent with hammered production. |
