| Obverse description | Crudely hammered copper flan bearing a two-line Persian legend in Nastaliq script, divided by a horizontal line across the field. The upper register contains the first portion of the royal title and the lower register carries the remainder, reading 'al-Sultan Adam'. The surfaces show characteristic irregular striking with pronounced die shift and uneven metal flow typical of mid-16th century provincial Indian copper coinage. The flan is thick and roughly circular with slightly uneven edges. |
