| Reverse description | The complex quartered electoral arms of Brandenburg-Prussia displayed on a large shield surmounted by an Electoral cap, all set within a beaded inner circle. The multi-quartered escutcheon incorporates the heraldic devices of the Hohenzollern territories, including the Brandenburgian eagle, the Pomeranian griffin, the Prussian eagle, and other dynastic quarterings rendered in fine relief. The date 1655 is incorporated into the surrounding circular Latin legend, which abbreviates the full titulature of the Elector. |
