Beschrijving voorzijde Panoramic view of the city of Regensburg stretching across the field, depicting the skyline with multiple towers and fortified walls rendered in fine relief. In the foreground, the Stone Bridge (Steinerne Brücke) spans the Danube River, with boats visible on the water. Below the cityscape, at the base of the design, the crossed keys — the heraldic symbol of Regensburg — appear within an ornamental cartouche flanked by laurel branches. Above the city, radiating sunbeams emanate from a central point, creating a dramatic celestial effect. The circular legend MON.REIP.RATISBON. frames the design along the upper periphery.

Beschrijving keerzijde Right-facing laureate and armored bust of Holy Roman Emperor Francis I occupying the central field, rendered in high relief with fine engraving detail. The Emperor is depicted wearing elaborate armor with chased ornamentation visible at the shoulder and chest, conveying imperial dignity and military authority. His hair is styled in the fashionable Baroque manner with curling locks falling to the shoulder. The surrounding legend FRANCISCUS I.D.G.R.I.S.A. — abbreviating Franciscus I, Dei Gratia Romanorum Imperator Semper Augustus — runs along the circumference of the coin. The milled border frames the entire composition.
