Obverse description The central device features the circular Public Seal of Niue, depicting a stylised native plant within a beaded border, surmounted by a royal crown. A ribbon below the seal bears the Niuean inscriptions ATUA and NIUE TUKULAGI. The design is set within an ornate radial framework composed of alternating gothic tracery panels and spoked segments, evoking a rose window motif. The series legend BIBLE STORIES arcs along the upper periphery, while the denomination HALF DOLLAR is inscribed in bold raised lettering along the lower periphery, all within a beaded rim.

Reverse description A finely detailed high-relief rendition of Leonardo da Vinci's celebrated mural 'The Last Supper' occupies the central field, depicting Jesus Christ seated at the centre of a long table, flanked by six of his apostles visible on each side. The figures are rendered in flowing robes with expressive gestures, with tableware, cups, and plates laid before them on a tablecloth decorated with a diamond-pattern motif. Three arched windows are visible in the architectural background behind the central figure. The curved legend THE LAST SUPPER is inscribed along the upper periphery, and the date 2026 appears in the lower exergue.
