Reverse description Central square field bearing multi-line Arabic inscription in raised relief, divided into horizontal registers and enclosed by a dotted inner border and plain outer square frame, consistent with the obverse layout. The marginal legend in Arabic script runs around all four sides of the square within the circular coin field. The Basmala (bismillah al-rahman al-rahim) is visible in the upper marginal area. The workmanship reflects the hammered technique typical of Hafsid half-dinar issues, with slightly irregular flan edges common to the series.
