| Obverse description | Irregular hammered copper flan bearing a two-line Arabic legend disposed across the field in bold, deeply struck Naskh script. The upper line reads 'Jalal al-Din Muhammad Akbar' and the lower line 'Badshah Ghazi', proclaiming the emperor's full regnal title and honorific. The legends fill the available field with characteristically bold strokes typical of early Akbari copper coinage. The flan is notably thick and irregular in outline, consistent with hand-hammered production at Mughal provincial mints. Green copper patina and surface wear are visible throughout the field. |
