| Obverse description | Central field occupied by the ornate quartered shield of the Trivulzio family, surmounted by a small mitred or helmeted bust facing forward, serving as a crest above the escutcheon. The arms display the characteristic Trivulzio device of three interlaced arches or bends rendered in high relief. A circular Latin legend surrounds the shield, separated from the inner field by a beaded border. The overall composition is typical of late-medieval Italian feudal coinage, with the heraldic device dominating the flan. |

| Reverse description | Saint George, clad in armour and depicted as a mounted knight, charges to the right on a rearing horse, driving a lance downward to slay the dragon prostrate beneath the horse's hooves. The scene fills the central field in a dynamic, energetic composition characteristic of Renaissance Italian hammered coinage. A Latin circular legend naming the saint runs along the periphery, enclosed within a beaded border. The dragon is rendered at lower right, its body coiled beneath the horse. |
