Obverse description Draped bust of Karl Albrecht, Elector of Bavaria, facing right, wearing a voluminous curled allonge wig rendered in fine high relief. The effigy is shown in a baroque portrait style with elaborate drapery at the truncation. A Latin legend in abbreviated form encircles the bust, reading from lower left and continuing around the upper field, separated by pellets between each abbreviated title.
