| 裏面の説明 | The reverse features a bold central inscription arranged in three lines within a beaded inner circle, reading '18 / EIN / R.TAL' with a mintmaster's mark below, denoting the denomination of 1⁄18 Reichsthaler. Ornamental rosettes flank the numeral '18' at the top of the central field. The surrounding outer legend, separated from the inner circle by a toothed border, carries the religious motto 'AUXILIUM MEUM A DOMINO' together with the date 1665, punctuated by floral ornaments. The overall layout is characteristic of the late period of Anthony Günther's coinage for the Lordship of Jever. |

Anthony Günther ruled Jever until his death in 1667, and with no legitimate heir, the lordship passed to Anhalt-Zerbst — ending over a century of local dynastic coinage. These fractional thalers struck in his final years were among the last independent issues from Jever before that absorption. The 1/18 thaler denomination was peculiar to northwestern German accounting conventions of the period, tied to the Hamburg-influenced Mark currency system rather than the dominant Reichsthaler reckoning used elsewhere.
