Reverse description Crowned oval shield bearing the Hohenzollern scepter arms, flanked on either side by palm branches. The date is divided across the field at left and right of the shield, and the mintmaster's initials appear adjacent. Below the shield, a two-line inscription in the exergue provides the denomination and coin standard. The reverse legend reads SUUM CUIQUE, the Prussian motto meaning 'To each his own.'
