Reverse description Quartered arms of France (three fleurs-de-lis) and Dauphiné (a dolphin) displayed within a circular shield, surmounted by a royal crown. Two crossed sceptres appear behind the shield, forming a saltire. The date 1702 is incorporated into the legend, and the mint mark Z for Grenoble appears at the base of the reverse field. A beaded border frames the entire composition.
