Reverse description The reverse displays a bilingual inscription within a circular border. A large central Arabic legend reading 'sepersepuluh rupiah' (one tenth gulden) occupies the inner circle, rendered in flowing Naskh script. Surrounding this central field, a Javanese script legend of equivalent meaning runs along the outer border of the coin, separated from the inner Arabic text by a raised circular line. A small six-pointed star ornament appears at the top of the design.
