Obverse description Cast iron cash coin featuring a central square hole (方穿) surrounded by a plain inner rim. Four Chinese characters in regular script (楷书) are arranged in cruciform fashion reading top-to-bottom and right-to-left: 景德元寶 (Jingde Yuanbao), denoting the reign era of Emperor Zhenzong. The characters are rendered in relatively shallow relief against a flat field, with a raised outer rim encircling the coin. The surfaces show the characteristic rough, granular texture typical of iron Song Dynasty cash coinage.

Reverse description Plain reverse with a central square hole (方穿) framed by a raised inner rim and a raised outer rim. The field is entirely blank and uninscribed, displaying the coarse, pitted surface texture characteristic of cast iron Song Dynasty coinage. No mint marks, symbols, or additional legends are present. The reverse exhibits the uneven casting finish typical of iron cash produced at multiple provincial mints during the Jingde reign period.
