Issue date 'DEN 8.11.23' and magistrate signatures at lower right; patriotic inscriptions dated 1918 and 1923 run along the top margin. |

Right half bears 'Stadt-Sparkasse Bielefeld' in large Gothic script above '1/4 Dollar = 1,05 Goldmark'. Political and patriotic text runs along all four margins. |
