At upper centre, the coat of arms of the Republic of Belarus (Pahonia knight on horseback) flanked by the inscriptions РЭСПУБЛІКА and БЕЛАРУСЬ; upper left corner carries the series and serial number designation. The central vignette bears the large numeral '1000' at left, with handwritten fields for the bearer's name, identity document, issuing institution, and authorising resolution; at foot, the Belarusian-language denomination АДНА ТЫСЯЧА РУБЛЁЎ appears in bold letterpress.
