D., 14. 8. 1923' and two manuscript signatures over the titles 'Stadtrat' and 'Stadtkasse' appearing below. A circular red official stamp reading 'Genehmigt vom Reichsfinanzministerium am 13. 8. 1923' and the serial number in the lower right corner complete the face, with the printer's imprint in small Fraktur type along the bottom margin. |
