The central denomination "EINE MILLION MARK" is rendered in bold, three-dimensional block lettering, flanked diagonally at each corner by the curved inscription "EINE MILLION"; above, a three-line bearer clause states the redemption terms of the Stadthauptkasse. Below the central legend, the date "HALLE, 10. AUGUST 1923" and issuing authority "DER MAGISTRAT" are typeset, accompanied by two manuscript signatures flanking an oval magistrate seal, with the serial number and asterisk positioned at the upper margin. |
