Not a banknote. This is a gospel tract produced by Ray Comfort's Living Waters ministry, printed to resemble a high-denomination euro note as a conversation starter for evangelical outreach. The format has been used by the ministry for decades across multiple "currencies" — the million-dollar bill being their most widely distributed variant in the United States.
No central bank has ever issued a 1,000,000 euro denomination, which makes the design inherently fictional. Collected primarily as ephemera or curiosa rather than notaphilic material.
