To the left, a circular green guilloche medallion carries the denomination '1 BILLION MARK' in bold letterpress, alongside a red overprinted rectangular validity notice reading 'Umlaufsfähig im ganzen Reg.-Bezirk Wiesbaden. Gültig bis 1. April 1924.' The central text panel bears the title 'KASSENSCHEIN DES KREISES ST. GOARSHAUSEN' at the top, followed by the denomination 'Eine Billion Mark' in bold Gothic script, a redemption clause, the issuing authority's circular black ink stamp with a Prussian eagle, the date 'St. Goarshausen, den 22.
