Opmerkingen

Enschedé printed this piece at their Haarlem facility — the same house that has produced Dutch banknotes, postage stamps, and security documents continuously since 1703. The Rembrandt connection is geographically apt: Enschedé and the painter share the same city. Whether that overlap was deliberate framing or coincidence, the choice of printer lends the memo note a degree of technical authenticity that most novelty items lack entirely.
