Memo Euro notes are a licensed souvenir product — not legal tender, not fantasy currency, but a commercially produced novelty printed to euro banknote dimensions and sold at tourist attractions across Europe. Enschedé's involvement is the one genuinely interesting detail here: a security printer active since 1703, responsible for Dutch guilder notes and early euro production, applying that infrastructure to gift-shop merchandise.

The Madame Tussauds tie-in places this in their broader licensed souvenir program, available across multiple franchise locations.
