Memo Euros are souvenir novelties produced for tourist attractions across the Netherlands, designed to mimic euro banknote aesthetics closely enough to delight visitors without crossing into counterfeiting territory — the "0 Euro" denomination handles that legally. Enschedé's involvement is the genuinely interesting part here: one of Europe's oldest security printers, operating continuously since 1703 and responsible for printing Dutch guilder notes well into the 1990s, brings real banknote-grade production values to what is essentially a gift-shop item.
The Euromast tower in Rotterdam, built for the 1960 Floriade horticultural exhibition, gives this particular memo its hook.
