| 备注 |
Euro Souvenir is a French commercial venture that licenses the Oberthur Fiduciaire print facility to produce zero-denomination tourist notes sold at destinations across Europe. These are not monetary instruments and have never required central bank authorization — they occupy the same legal space as a postcard. The Interlaken edition is one of dozens in the series, each distinguished only by its location branding.
R. Faille's signature appears as a design convention borrowed from genuine banknote practice, not as a signatory with any institutional authority.
