Wales qualified for the 2022 FIFA World Cup — their first since 1958 — and the souvenir note industry moved fast. EuroSouvenir's zero-euro program, built on Oberthur Fiduciaire's security printing infrastructure, has produced hundreds of these collector pieces since the format was legitimized as a legal novelty under European rules that permit zero-denomination notes bearing euro imagery provided they cannot be mistaken for genuine currency.
