备注

The Viaduc de Millau souvenir zero-euro note belongs to the collector series administered by the Union Européenne des Collectionneurs de Qualité, which licensed the format from the European Central Bank under strict terms — the €0 face value ensures no legal tender ambiguity while preserving the visual language of genuine euro banknotes. Oberthur Fiduciaire prints these on genuine banknote paper with UV-reactive features and a security thread, making the physical substrate nearly indistinguishable from circulating issues.

The Millau Viaduct, designed by Norman Foster and structural engineer Michel Virlogeux, opened in December 2004 and briefly held the record for the world's tallest vehicular bridge — its tallest mast reaches 343 metres, higher than the Eiffel Tower.
