| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse is printed on a multicolour guilloche underprint in shades of lavender and gold, with the European Union flag in the upper left corner and the large intaglio-style numeral "0" to its right, surrounded by a ring of twelve gold EU stars. The right half carries a detailed vignette of the Mole Antonelliana in Turin, rendered in dark purple intaglio with fine architectural line work showing the distinctive dome, colonnaded drum, and tapering spire. The lower right area bears the series prefix and serial number, a facsimile signature attributed to R. Faille (C.E.O., SEBF), and the "EURO SOUVENIR" legend in bold colour-shifted lettering at lower centre. |

The Mona Lisa vignette appears at the right margin, and the denomination "0€" is set in large numerals within the central guilloche field. |
