| Obverse description | The central vignette presents the distinctive torus-shaped Museum of the Future in Dubai, rendered in intaglio-style engraving with its façade inscribed in Arabic calligraphy, set against a multicolour guilloche underprint incorporating the UAE flag motif. To the right, the Burj Khalifa soars above a stylised Dubai skyline, while a ring of yellow and blue stars borders the left margin alongside the EuroSouvenir emblem and a European Union flag flag device dated 2022-2. The Arabic motto لا مستحيل ("Nothing is impossible") appears in the lower centre, with a facsimile signature and serial number prefix ARAB printed at the lower right. |

| Reverse description | The reverse carries vignettes of six celebrated European landmarks arranged across the note: the Brandenburg Gate (Berlin), the Tower of Belém (Lisbon), the Eiffel Tower (Paris), the Colosseum (Rome), the Sagrada Família (Barcelona), and the Manneken-Pis (Brussels), all set within a fine guilloche underprint in muted tones. A reproduction of Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa occupies the right portion of the design. Printer and origin attributions are inscribed in the lower field. |

EuroSouvenir's 0 Euro series operates under a license from the European Central Bank permitting the reproduction of euro design elements on notes with a face value of zero — a legal workaround that lets them function as collectibles without qualifying as currency. Oberthur Fiduciaire prints them to genuine banknote specification, which is part of the appeal: the paper, the feel, the security features are all real.
The Museum of the Future in Dubai opened in 2022, the same year this note was issued. That timing was deliberate — EuroSouvenir typically coordinates releases with openings, anniversaries, or peak tourism seasons.
