To the upper left appear the EU flag and the large numeral '0' underprint; the upper centre carries the 'TamCollect 2019' event inscription below the legend 'Tampereen Filatelistiseuran 100-vuotisnäyttely', accompanied by the circular emblem of Tampereen Filatelistiseura (founded 1919) to the upper right. The lower margin bears the caption 'RAATIHUONE - CITY HALL', a facsimile signature of R. Faille (C.E.O.), and the serial number prefix LEAR, framed by a ring of twelve gold stars. |
