| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse is dominated by a central vignette of three common cranes (Grus grus) rendered in intaglio-style print against a light lilac and golden guilloche underprint; two birds stand in a marsh setting at centre while a third is shown in flight at upper right. The large numeral "0" appears at left within a fine-line rosette, flanked by the EU flag vignette and a circle of twelve stars, with the title inscription "SUOMI-FINLAND WILD NATURE GRUS GRUS" running across the top margin and the bilingual caption "KURJET - COMMON CRANES" at lower centre. |

| Opmerkingen |
EuroSouvenir notes occupy an odd corner of the hobby — legal in format but carrying no monetary value, they exist entirely as collectibles sold at tourist sites and cultural venues. Oberthur Fiduciaire, one of the major security printers behind genuine euro banknotes for several central banks, produces the entire series under license, which at least ensures the physical quality is authentic to the format.
The Grus grus — common crane — is a genuine Finnish emblem. Massive migratory flocks stage annually at Lake Hornborg in Sweden and across Finnish wetlands during autumn passage, making the species well-chosen for a "wild nature" theme rather than a generic landscape filler.
