Obverse description	The obverse presents a detailed vignette of Melk Abbey's Baroque church façade and surrounding monastery complex, rendered in a warm polychrome underprint with guilloche patterning. The European Union flag appears in the upper left corner, with a large zero denomination numeral to its right, framed by a ring of gold stars. The lower portion bears the inscriptions STIFT MELK in bold lettering alongside a facsimile signature, serial number prefix NEBJ, and the EURO SOUVENIR legend in a decorative vertical arrangement at left.
