The 0 Euro souvenir program, administered by EuroSouvenir and printed by Oberthur Fiduciaire, launched around 2015 and has since produced hundreds of regional and tourist-themed notes across Europe. They are legal face value zero — officially collectibles from inception, never intended for any transaction. Oberthur prints them to genuine banknote specification, including the holographic strip, which is arguably the most expensive component relative to the note's monetary worth of nothing.
St. Johanniskirche in Plauen, a Gothic hall church in the Vogtland region of Saxony, survived the catastrophic Allied bombing of Plauen in April 1945 that destroyed roughly 75% of the city.
