0 Euro - Slovak International Air Fest

The 0 Euro souvenir note program, administered through EuroSouvenir and distributed via participating cultural and tourist sites across Europe, has issued thousands of varieties since the concept launched around 2015. Each note is printed by Oberthur Fiduciaire to security banknote standards — proper intaglio, UV-reactive elements, and a serial number — making them technically more sophisticated than many genuine low-denomination notes still in circulation worldwide. They are legal tender in the technical sense that France never prohibited them, though no one has ever seriously attempted to spend one.

The Slovak International Air Fest, held at Sliač air base, is one of the larger airshow events in Central Europe and a somewhat unusual subject for the series, which skews heavily toward châteaux and cathedrals.
