The Musée des Blindés at Saumur is a legitimate subject for the series — it holds one of the largest armored vehicle collections in the world, including several running examples, and the Panther Ausf. These notes have no legal tender status anywhere and never will. Oberthur prints them to genuine banknote specification, which is the point — collectors pay for the substrate and security features, not monetary function.
