The large numeral '0' in deep violet appears to the left, accompanied by the European Union flag with year code '2024-1' beneath it, and a vertical 'EURO SOUVENIR' guilloche band runs along the left margin. The facsimile signature of R. Faille (C.E.O., UESR) is placed to the lower right alongside the serial number prefix.
