| Opmerkingen |
The 0 Euro souvenir program, administered under license from the European Central Bank, has been running since 2015 — a minor commercial curiosity that nonetheless uses genuine banknote production standards. Oberthur Fiduciaire prints these on the same 100% cotton substrate used for circulating currency, and the ECB-approved watermark is not decorative; it's a contractual requirement of the license.
Małgorzata Pławecka-Jasek designed this piece for the Polish Post and Telecommunications Museum — one of the more niche institutional commissions in the souvenir note catalog.
