The 0 Euro souvenir note program, administered through a network of tourist retailers under the Eurosouvenirs umbrella, has been printed by Oberthur Fiduciaire since the series launched around 2015. Oberthur holds one of the few security printing licenses in France capable of producing notes that conform to genuine euro physical specifications — the program's appeal rests largely on that authenticity of feel. These are legal-issue collector items with a face value of zero, not reproductions.
The Pont du Gard site in the Gard département is among France's highest-attendance UNESCO monuments, which drives consistent demand for the note across multiple print runs between 2022 and 2024. R. Faille's signature appears as the authorizing signatory across the broader Eurosouvenirs range.
