0 Euro - Paris - Tour Montparnasse

The souvenir zero-euro note program, administered by the Union Européenne des Administrateurs de l'Euro (UEAE) and printed by Oberthur Fiduciaire, launched in 2015 as a licensed collectible format — genuine euro-specification paper and security features, legally issued but with no monetary value. Tour Montparnasse was among the earlier French landmark subjects in the series, notable partly because the tower itself has been controversial since its completion in 1973, its bulk widely blamed for prompting the height restrictions that now govern most of central Paris.
