| 备注 |
The "0 Euro" souvenir note program was launched in 2015 by Richard Faille, trading as EuroSouvenir, in partnership with Oberthur Fiduciaire — the same security printer responsible for a significant share of genuine euro production. Oberthur applied full De La Rue-style security features: embedded thread, UV-reactive ink, microprinting. The notes are legal curiosities: they carry no face value, cannot be tendered, yet are printed to the same specifications as circulating currency.
The Tour Magne is a Gallo-Roman octagonal tower, the largest surviving remnant of the ancient walls of Nemausus. Nîmes issued one of the earliest entries in the souvenir series.
