The 0 Euro souvenir note program, administered by the European Banknote Memory Organization, has produced hundreds of regional and tourism-themed pieces since its launch around 2015. This example commemorates the Bretagne Citroën 2CV — the Deux Chevaux being one of the most culturally freighted automobiles in French history, conceived under German occupation and developed in deliberate secrecy to avoid requisitioning. Attribution to Nemery and Calmejane places this within the standard EBMO production framework, printed to the dimensions established across the series.
