Oberthur has produced currency for dozens of central banks, so the security substrate here is not decorative theater.

The Mykonos–Delos pairing is geographically pointed: Delos, a tiny uninhabited island a short boat ride from Mykonos, was one of the most sacred sites in the ancient Greek world and later a dominant Mediterranean slave-trading hub under Roman administration.
