EuroSouvenir notes occupy a peculiar niche: legal tender novelties worth exactly nothing, sold for several euros each, commemorating institutions that have nothing to do with currency issuance. The Musée Océanographique de Monaco, founded by Prince Albert I in 1910, is a natural fit for the format — it has always traded on spectacle.
