MGA Industrial is a Spanish toy manufacturer best known for licensing and producing Bratz dolls and the L.O.L. Surprise! brand. The 0 Euro souvenir note program, administered through various European retailers and attractions, has expanded steadily since its commercial launch around 2015 — these notes carry no legal tender status anywhere but are printed to genuine banknote specifications by Oberthur Fiduciaire, the same contractor used for numerous national currency contracts.
