备注	The FEBC 0 Euro souvenir series occupies an odd corner of notaphily — legal in design language, worthless by declaration, and yet produced by Oberthur Fiduciaire, one of the same security printers behind actual euro banknotes. The Christmas edition follows the same collector-issue formula the federation has run since around 2015: limited print runs, genuine security features including UV-reactive ink and a serial number, sold directly to collectors at a premium over face value — which is, of course, nothing. R. Faille's signature as CEO gives the piece institutional framing, but these notes carry no issuing authority recognized by the ECB and circulate only as novelties.
