| Description de l’avers | The right half of the note is dominated by a large intaglio-style vignette of Cologne Cathedral (Kölner Dom), its twin Gothic spires rendered in deep magenta against a multicolour guilloche underprint of purple, yellow, and rose. To the left, a large zero numeral in dark violet guilloche occupies the centre-left field, flanked by a ring of twelve EU stars; the upper-left corner carries the EU flag vignette with the 'EUROSOUVENIR' inscription and the series date '2023-7'. A small outline vignette of the cathedral's twin spires appears in the lower-centre area, and the EURO SOUVENIR logo with its distinctive coloured arc is printed at the lower centre; a facsimile signature of R. Faille, C.E.O., appears above the serial number at lower right. |

| Description du revers | The reverse carries a composite vignette of six iconic European landmarks arranged across the full width of the note: the Torre de Belém (Lisbon) at upper left in ochre, the Brandenburg Gate (Berlin) at lower left in violet, the Colosseum (Rome) at lower centre in lilac, the Eiffel Tower (Paris) in rose-red at centre, the Sagrada Família (Barcelona) at right in violet, and the Manneken-Pis (Brussels) at far right in gold, all set against a dense micro-text guilloche underprint in pastel tones. The denomination '0€' appears at upper left, and the EURO SOUVENIR logo with its coloured arc is printed at the lower right. The imprint 'PRINTED BY OBERTHUR FIDUCIAIRE / MADE IN FRANCE' is inscribed at the lower centre. |
